We broke down on a Sunday around mid-day. We were told by the dispatcher that the truck would arrive in about 30 minutes. Normally, this means an hour, but to our surprise, the truck arrived in less than 15 minutes, loaded our vehicle and had us to where we needed to be in less than 1 hour. The driver was Berry and he was great.
They have been great with me and my vehicle that had been wrecked. Allowing me to get my belongings out of my vehicles. And also being sure that they were releasing my car 🚘 to the correct tow company for the Collision shop.

Today was my second time using ABC in 4 weeks. The 1st, our son was driving in from NC and had a heater hose blow on a Friday night. We decided to get them home and deal with the car on Saturday. We were meet at our location on time and were treated professionally, friendly, safely and reasonably. We went to breakfast and then to the dealership the can was waiting to be checked in. A no worries tow.
The 2nd was today. A lady with young boys locked her keys in her car at church. She asked if we could help. Of course, I ask around for tools. Then called ABC, they took some information, told me the price for unlocking the car. Fifteen minutes later the Mom had her keys and Bible.
As a matter of reference we had the pleasure of having the same young man give us the same excellent service as before.
The worst experience I have ever had I called them at 10 o’clock Tuesday morning and they never showed up. I called him three times all three times they gave me a different arrival time me and my family stood on the street all day waiting on ABC towing and they never showed up. I had to make other arrangements with another towing company. they are roadside service is terrible.

my clutch decided to go out on me randomly, so i gave these guys a call. very professional and were there to grab my car in less than 20 minutes. they hauled it from trussville to argo with me, and were friendly and polite with me the whole time. thank you guys, i appreciate y’all!
